This session is 1 of 5 sessions that the 72nd Ghosts will be running to take FE pilots through what some of you know as 'Advanced Ground Attack Training'.

This session is a purely introductory session and places limited constraints on those joining (although some formation/station keeping is needed as well as awareness of tactical/delayed turns). The intention is to run a short ground school, followed by a basic AGAT intro flight to give pilots the opportunity to see if AGAT is something they want to do more of and to highlight any areas of learning/practice required for future AGAT sessions.

Future sessions will be incremental and pilots must have attended the preceding flight in order to attend as the complexity will increase with each flight.

I would ask two things:
1) If you are a 'veteran' pilot or have flown AGAT before, please hold joining this event until 48h before the mission to give newer pilots the opportunity to test their metal.

2) Please watch the following video which shows the ground school as briefed a couple of years ago when I first started providing this training within the 440th.

NB: Please just fill up slots in any order, flights will be arranged on the day. Flights leads will constrain numbers available. Expected flight leads are: Sharpe (72nd Ghosts), Cyno (72nd Ghosts), Merlin (72nd Ghosts), Micro (FE).
